The Perquimans Farmers Market, through a cooperative, sustainable and entrepreneurial partnership of community agencies, growers and merchants, provides locally grown and made produce and products to our community and surrounding areas. Our vision is to create a consistent venue for selling by growers and to create a venue that is attractive to the new customer - who is becoming more concerned about their food source.
The Market opened on May 26, 2010 and is funded by a grant provided by Rural Advancement Foundation International. The Market will operate through October 27, 2010.
